This class can generate hashes for URLs to prevent tampering.

It can take a URL an calculate an hash value parameter that is appended to the URL.

The hash value using a secret key with a hashing algorithm such as SHA1.

The class can also retrieve the hash value from a URL and verify if it is valid.
